Designed for professional players, the FR-8X includes built-in speakers and a rechargeable battery, enabling you to take your music anywhere. There are also 180 orchestral and percussion sounds, plus the ability to add effects and record your performance using the onboard looper.

Accordions are tactile instruments, full of subtlety and nuances. The Roland V-Accordion allows you to feel connected to your instrument at all times using Dynamic Bellows Behaviour technology to recreate the authentic feel of an acoustic accordion.
In the FR-8X, Dynamic Bellows Behaviour automatically adjusts the ait transfer in the bellows in real time, based on the selected register and the number of notes played. This provides a comfortable and authentic response that will be pleasingly familiar to traditional players.

The FR-8X is incredibly easy to use, with a large colour screen and intuitive operation via the many dedicated buttons. Control a variety of functions using the programmable chin switches, so you can change registers or user programs without lifting your hands from the keyboard. 1400 user memories allow you to save custom settings so you're prepared for any type of performance.
Complete with a rechargeable onboard battery and built-in stereo amplification system, the FR-8X is a totally self-contained instrument. The battery can be charged by connecting the included AC adapter directly, you can even play without interruption as it charges. All device connections are now located on the instrument, including MIDI, USB and audio jacks for connecing to an external amp or recording system.
