The Sigma GMCE-1+ features a solid top which only sounds better with age and the more it's played. Its solid sitka spruce top produces a broad dynamic range with a versatile response to a wide variety of genres. Spruce also produces a crisp, articulate tone, ensuring that each note played is clear and defined. Furthermore, the stunning solid top is attached to Australian blackwood back and sides which adds a sweet and distinct tone to the guitar's tone. Australian blackwood also produces a punchy, powerful sound with great clarity and complexity.

Mahogany Neck and Micarta Fingerboard

Constructed from mahogany, the GMCE-1+'s neck offers a quick and dynamic response with added warmth and resonance. Additionally, the neck has a low profile for added comfort and a better grip in each position up and down the neck. Furthermore, the neck is topped with a micarta fingerboard which offers a smooth playing experience whilst enhancing the guitar's overall sound.
