The craftsmanship of the Dove takes inspiration Italian, French, German and Chinese construction, this makes for a versatile instrument that will stand the test of time. The belly of this viola is select quality spruce with a fine, even grain with back and sides of perfect quality maple with light flaming.
This fully hand carved instrument features all ebony parts, and has an antiqued orange brown, hand varnished finish resulting in a beautiful viola which is not only sounds great, but is visually stunning.
