Two classics reborn

Whilst considering what EQ to emulate, Stam Audio couldn't make up their minds and opted to mix two classics to create one super-powerful EQ unit. Whilst considering the sound profile of these EQ's – Stam Audio decided it had to fully respect the original ratio and frequency response of these legendary units. The result is an exceptional EQ unit that fits in 2RU of rack space. Making it as efficient as it is deadly.

This unit uses the same circuit topology. They have added an option to bypass the mid-section of MEQ-5-style EQ section – helping you get more control over your sound. This powerful console also utilises three transformers which help you get silky-smooth results.

Throughout the Stam Audio SA-EQP1A are excellent, high-quality components that help it stand out from the rest. Starting at the top, it features two incredible tubes. These are the premium 12AX7 and 12AU7 tubes. Adding warmth and depth to your recordings. Class A amplification adds big gains in power and efficiency by allowing 100% of the signal to pass through.
