The MMA-A is a professional dual-channel microphone preamp and A/D converter. It allows you to capture high quality audio whenever you desire through its two MicroDot inputs. The MMA-A is equipped with a micro USB-B connection, and comes supplied with a micro USB-B to USB-A cable, and a micro USB-B to Lightning cable. The d:vice allows you to easily connect to your Mac or PC, but also to your iOS device (full list of compatible devices are listed in the specifications). Audio can be captures or broadcasted via your favourite third-party applications, whilst an intuitive d:vice control application enables you to adjust input gain, and apply low-cut/high-pass filters. The app also provides you with headphone monitoring capabilities, lockable gain, access to mono/stereo/dual recording modes, input channel summing, and the ability to create presets for specific microphones. The MMA-A can also be used with your desired PC/Mac programs to record and broadcast audio from the connected microphones.
The DPA d:vice MMA-A Digital Audio Interface features an ultra-compact diameter of approximately 2'', making it ideal for a huge array of applications. It's small size lends perfectly to its portable recording/broadcast capabilities with iOS devices. Whether you need to record an interview in a busy outdoor area, capture a selection of ambient sound in stereo, or even record an acoustic guitar in a studio environment, the MMA-A is the ideal candidate. The MMA-A is designed to be used with DPA's vast selection of miniature microphones. Everything from their d:screet Miniature, d:fine Headset, and d:vote Instrument microphone series' can be used to capture audio through the d:vice's pair of MicroDot inputs. When using the DPA MMP-G Preamp (not included), you are also able to make excellent use of the d:dicate Recording microphones.
