Time. A rare and precious commodity. One that’s been lavished on the SubZero portable speaker. Meticulous attention to detail has resulted in a plethora of smart decisions. Like having an angled chassis, so you can direct the speaker to deliver optimum sound for any situation. Or the 6.5 inch woofer with a long-excursion design, which can move a lot more air than most speakers of this size.

But of course, there's more to sound than bass. So a series of tweeters bridge over the top of the woofer, carefully offset to maximise dispersion and maintain the utmost clarity of sound. It's also how the size of the cabinet is kept down, and even helps to reduce feedback.

And whilst there is plenty of clever design elements, sometimes there's no substitute for power. So the SubZero portable speaker packs 480 Watts of peak power to make sure you can be louder than almost everything around you. And if you want to sound even bigger, you can link two speakers together wirelessly.

SubZero's 'True Wireless Stereo' means you can synchronise two speakers to deliver a huge stereo sound. And when we say 'big', we mean it. Each speaker can produce an SPL of 114dB. So rest assured - you'll still be heard loud and clear in even the most demanding environments.

Temptingly convenient

Any performer knows it. Having a tip-top sound system is one thing. But if it weighs a ton, needs eight people to carry it, and takes hours to setup - it's no good.

That won't be a problem with the SubZero portable multi-position speaker. Its longest side is 330mm, it weighs just 6.5Kg, and there's a handle built into the chassis. It even has a rechargeable Li-ion battery, which lasts for up to six hours and charges from empty to full in four hours. So taking it wherever you go isn't a hassle.

Sonic sculpting made simple

No matter what your performance consists of, your sound is personal to you. So make your mark. The SubZero portable speaker's second and third channels are equipped with an adjustable studio-quality reverb. So even if you're in a less-than-exciting environment (sound-wise, we unfortunately can't help with the decor), you can inject a beautiful sense of space and atmosphere to enhance your sound to your liking.

But it doesn't stop there. Sometimes you need to add that little bit of extra air or warmth, or remove some of that troublesome sibilance. That's why we've added independent bass and treble controls on each channel too, so you can shape the frequency response to get your sound just right.

Connectivity is important

And it's not just a useless gimmick either. Whether you're a musician or a magician, you need to be able to plug your equipment in without having to resort to unorthodox workarounds. Your first channel gives you an RCA aux input, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. This makes connecting a wide range of devices easy, whether it's with wires or without. And with XLR-1/4'' combo inputs on channels 2 and 3 all microphones and instruments are covered. A handy switch to the side of each channel's volume control handles everything in the background whilst individual limiters keep your signal and speaker safe. So all you need to do is plug in and set your levels. Simple.
