The xtSA features a 13-pin connector that can be connected directly to all Roland GR-series synthesisers to produce outstanding digital tones. Because the xtSA guitars are designed specifically to accommodate this purpose, their sound presentation and signal transfer is of premium quality. This feature is a definitive show stopper in live situations.
Godin’s unique pickup configuration on the xtSA series guitars offers a diverse range of tonal opportunities. The bridge has a Seymour Duncan Custom humbucker for bright, clear tones with emphasised high frequencies. The middle pickup is a Godin Custom single coil, offering a mid-way blend of acoustic resonance to your mix. The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan Jazz II to create warmth and expression. The xtSA also benefits from an on board preamp to add the most genuine acoustic sounds when required, which is ideal for playing multiple genres on one instrument. Despite a vast quantity of tonal options, the xtSA remains easy to use and not distracting from the most important factor: your playing.
