Basswood Body

The lightweight nature of basswood makes the Dean Custom 750X the ultimate stage guitar. Although light in weight, basswood delivers a fat and balanced tone with plenty of mid-range punch and dynamic response. Finished in an attractive classic black lacquer, not only does the Custom 750X sound great, but is sure to make an imposing impression on any stage.

DMT Designed Humbuckers

Loaded with two DMT designed humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck position, the Custom 750X delivers a powerful and punchy tone with plenty of bottom-end and sparkling highs. These powerful pickups are ideal for rock and metal styles of music where you can really put that extra-low 7th string to good use.

String-Thru Body

The Custom 750X features a string-thru body construction to provide improved tonality and sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the tune-o-matic bridge and passes through the body. It is also makes string changes easier and tuning more stable.

A Comfortable Playing Experience

The Dean Custom 750X is built in an asymmetric double cutaway shape which enables easy access all the way to the top of the fretboard and is ideal for high-octane soloing. The fingerboard radius is 16" which is a very modern flat specification and ideal for lead guitar playing alongside low riffing.
