The PRS Dave Navarro is the third custom guitar from the company to be produced in both Maryland form and SE. The legendary guitarist from Jane's Addiction and Red Hot Chilli Peppers has created an instrument perfectly fitting his enigmatic style. Navarro is well known for his raw guitar tone. The SE Navarro has a Mahogany back, which rests perfectly against the body, and a sleek bevelled Maple top. The Maple produces a crackle which contrasts well against the deep, soulful Mahogany. This guitar also comes with a free 6m pro cable.

View Full DescriptionPRS Guitars are renowned for their playability and this one is no different, combining exceptional balance and build quality. Navarro's raw playing ability is aided by a slick and smooth neck. A Rosewood fingerboard tops a solid Maple neck which provides the perfect plaing area for quick fingers. The wide thin profile works well for chords and lead work alike allowing easy and free movement along the neck. The custom PRS bird inlays adorn the fingerboard.
The SE Dave Navarro is fitted with an SE HFS (Hot, Fat and Screams) treble pickup and an SE Vintage Bass pickup, each one offering up plenty of grind but also the definition to keep chords clear. The Vintage Bass pickup is perfect for clean tones producing a thick, smouldering tone that sounds stunning with just a little bit of added dirt. The range of tone that can be pulled from the pickups is extended further thanks to the coil-split push/pull tone switch. The well designed PRS tremolo allows you to inject even more character into every performance.
