The Ibanex Artcore Vintage AFV10A Electric Guitar offers the classic style and sound of a vintage archtop with modern components and craftsmanship. Designed with a maple hollowbody, the guitar produces a focused tone with plenty of depth and projection. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard create warm, mellow tones with complex highs and thick, creamy lows. An Art-1 tune-o-matic bridge and VT60 tailpiece keep the strings secure while providing a vintage look. The Artcore guitar is then finished off with antique chrome hardware and a tobacco burst finish, creating an amazing style with the sound to match.

Maple Archtop Body

Constructed from an all maple body, the Artcore guitar produces a focused tone with an impressive sustain and character. With a clear and defined upper middle, and a high end that sparkles, the maple body is ideal for chiming chords and super bright lead patterns and also delivers a balanced low response. The archtop design delivers traditional jazz tones with an excellent midrange that compliments your playing, while the cutaway design makes reaching the upper frets comfortably easy.

Mahogany Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard

The 3-piece Mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard has been designed to offer a smooth, fast play, whilst the naturally oily Rosewood fingerboard absorbs stray overtones for a rich sound. The Mahogany/Rosewood combination produces warm, mellow tones with complex highs, thick, creamy lows, and an appealing midrange. The Artcore also features 20 medium sized frets, a plastic nut, diecast tuners and aged white block inlays to provide a classic look and a smooth play.

Classic Elite Humbuckers

Equipped with a set of Ibanez’s classic elite pickups, the vintage style archtop produces classic tones with a jazz vibe. The ceramic humbuckers offer sweet, warm tones that add plenty of life to the guitar, while its moderate output ensures that the sound can cut though the densest mix. Both pickups are incredibly responsive to allow each not to shine, enhancing your playing style and creating a very versatile instrument.
