A Classic Alder Body

The Fender Jaguar Stratocaster features an alder body, producing balanced, resonant tones with plenty of clarity and midrange bite ideal for the versatile musician. The alder tonewood provides a decent amount of sustain, creating bright, sizzling highs, beautifully rounded lows, and a beefy midrange. Fender have used alder as their tonewood of choice since the 1950s, as the balanced response and slight upper middle definition makes it perfect for rock and blues playing. This Limited-Edition Guitar is finished in a candy apple red and a nitrocellulose lacquer, with its thin, porous, and delicate coating allowing the tonewoods to breath with their natural tonal character and resonance. The lacquer is also known to wear and age in a certain way that appeals to many players.

Deep ''C'' Maple Neck & Rosewood Fingerboard

This stunning and unique guitar is paired with a deep ''C'' maple neck designed for comfort and speed, delivering an incredible performance suitable to a wide variety of playing styles. Unlike other neck profiles, the deep ''C'' features more substantial shoulders which creates a natural feel in the player's hand, perfect for chords and single notes. The neck is coupled with a rosewood fingerboard to create warm, soft tones, while ‘furring up’ the maple’s harsh edges for a sizzling high end and an open midrange attack. The rosewood’s naturally oily surface allows any stray overtones to be absorbed into the pours, offering the LTD Strat with a natural fundamental tone.

American Vintage ’65 Jaguar Single-Coils

The Jaguar Strat is equipped with a trio of American Vintage ‘65 Jaguar Pickups, designed to evoke the mid-'60s era of the Fender Jaguar. The dynamic enhancing Alnico V magnets combined with enamel-coated magnet wire reproduce the powerfully clean and clear tones associated with the unique mid-'60s Jaguars. Featuring flush-mounted pole pieces on each pickup, you can be sure that volume and output will be perfectly balanced across every single string. These pickups are wound to precise specifications to reproduce the authentic Fender sound of 1965.

Narrow Tall Frets

Another addition to this model are the 22 narrow tall frets, which are mounted on the rosewood fingerboard and provide incredible comfort when performing slides. Being slightly narrower than standard medium jumbo frets, the narrow tall frets are incredibly effective for bending notes and playing chords with superb intonation.

Bone Nut

Along with its amazing tone and looks, the Fender Jag Strat also features a bone nut which adds to its classic aesthetic. The main purpose of using a bone nut, compared to modern materials, is the bone offers excellent resonance and sustain. A bone nut also delivers a very balanced tone, and will last a long time. In addition, this type of nut naturally self-lubricates and helps the guitar to stay in tune for longer.

Elite Moulded Case

This unique guitar is delivered in an elite moulded case, featuring body-hugging contours which holds the guitar firmly in place. TSA latches are also included for enhanced security and easy access. This durable case also features a stacking ability, for easy storage and transport.
