Signature EMG Pickups

The GT600 is loaded with a pair of EMG Signature Glenn Tipton pickups at the neck and bridge. These pickups produce a high output with tight attack for the fierce punch that Glenn demands. The signature pickups are able to produce his iconic metal sound with a rich mid-range, and excellent clarity.

Mahogany Body

The ESP LTD Glenn Tipton Signature Guitar's body is crafted from mahogany, which enhances the sound with richness and resonance, as well as a tone with good bite and sustain. Mahogany is a durable tonewood and works well with heavy music. The mahogany body is finished in black satin for a dark, metal look.

3-Piece Maple Neck With Ebony Fingerboard

The 3-piece neck is more resistant to warping than classic 1 piece necks. Maple offers a bright and clear tone with sweet sustain and an overall snappy sound. The maple neck is coupled with an ebony fingerboard, which brings responsive, snappy attack with incredible definition and precision.

Excellent Hardware

The GT600 is equipped with advanced hardware including a Kahler Hybrid Bridge and LTD Locking Tuners. The LTD Locking tuners provide perfect intonation no matter how hard you use the whammy bar, and the Kahler Hybrid Tremolo offer stability for vigorous pitch bending.
