Simple yet powerful
Each of the 20 synth models can be edited via the four multi-functional front panel knobs -Timbre, Harmonics, Frequency and Morph, simply select the active synth mode and edit and sculpt the character of your tone to find the perfect sound for you. A plethora of different sounds is presented through the 20 synth models to engage your creative flair and expand your tonal palette. Engines such as Virtual Analog, Waveshaper, FM, Grains, Rain, Noise, Dust, Strings, Bass, Snare, Hi-Hats and more allow you to cover a huge range of sounds and genres from dark, pulsing beats to bright and punchy leads, lush and ethereal pads to harmonic distortion, the Brains allows you to breathe new life into your music.
Visible wavelengths
Featuring an inspiring OLED display, the Brains lets you visualise your waveforms to see exactly what is happening with your adjustments. Having the visual representation is extremely useful when performing live with the Brains, as it allows you to quickly and easily identify if you are on the correct waveform and allows you to make the adjustments necessary in high-pressure situations. If you are live streaming your performances to online media platforms, the OLED display looks fantastic on camera and can draw viewers in and keep them entertained!
Ins and outs
A tremendous amount of flexibility is provided in the Brains module through a large number of ins and outs included. A slew of 3.5mm input jacks to patch external control voltages greatly expands the functionality alongside two separate audio outputs available for both your main and dynamic variant output. These can be routed to other existing modules within your Eurorack to create a huge signal chain to can lead to interesting and completely unique sounds that can really make your music stand out from the crowd.
Eurorack friendly
Designed to perfectly fit into any standard Eurorack case, the Brains is incredibly flexible and allows for easy integration into your existing Eurorack setup. Simply connect your power cables to the power supply and mount the module using the included screws.
